Five chairs · by appointment
Long appointments, a proper consultation before anyone picks up scissors, and no one trying to sell you a product on the way out.
How we cut
Every first appointment starts with a consultation, dry, in daylight, with your hair as it actually is rather than as it looks after a wash. We ask what you do with it on a Tuesday morning, not what you would do with an hour and a round brush.
If what you are asking for will not work on your hair, we will say so and offer the nearest thing that will. That conversation is the reason people come back, and it is free whether you book or not.
Prices
Illustrative figures on a demonstration site. Pricing by appointment length rather than by gender is increasingly standard, and it is easier to explain than two columns that do the same work for different money.
The chair
Five chairs, five stylists, no rota roulette. You book a person, not a slot, and if they are away we will tell you rather than quietly putting you with somebody else.
Twenty minutes, free, no obligation. Most people book the cut at the end of it, and the ones who do not leave knowing why.
